Sleep disorders and restless leg syndrome(RLS) are common in fibrolmyalgia. It is basically a disorder which lead to discomfort unless the legs are moved. Several rheumatic conditions are linked with restless legs syndrome like osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.

I read an article concering RLS and it was suggested that people with low blood count can have this problem more often than those who don't. I happen to be one of those people with low iron. I have begun to take Iron pills daily and have seen a big decline in the irritation of RLS. I also take medication, Mirapex, for this condition, however, the Iron has helped immensely.
